Anybody can sell you a machine. This is what separates us.

Twenty hours of video and coursework covering how to clean every material you will meet, how to dry it without spotting, how to lay out a shop, how to work safely, and how to go get customers. The objection we hear most is "I'm not a salesperson." Good. Neither were most of the people running successful operations today.

  • 20 hours of video and coursework, yours to keep
  • 4 courses: cleaning, marketing, shop set-up, repair
  • 1992 the year we started training this industry

Four courses, because the cleaning is only one quarter of the job.

Most people come in for the first one and finish all four, usually in that order. They stay open to you, so when you hire somebody two years from now, you send them through the same training instead of teaching it yourself.

Ultrasonic blind cleaning

The core course. Every blind type and every material, what solution goes with what, how long it sits in the tank, how you dry verticals and honeycombs without water spotting, and what to do when something arrives already damaged.

Start here. Everything else assumes it.

Marketing

How to actually get the work. Includes full lessons on setting up dry cleaners as drop-off centers and on working alongside janitorial companies instead of against them — the two plays that have built more of these businesses than anything else we teach.

The course people tell us they wish they had taken first.

Shop set-up

Where the machine goes, where the drying goes, how the water and the power get there, and how blinds move through the space without crossing paths. Layout is the difference between forty blinds a day and fifteen.

Take it before you build, not after.

Repair

One out of every six blinds that comes to you needs a repair. If you can only clean, you hand that money back. Restringing, ladder replacement, headrail work, and what to charge for it.

The fastest add-on to your average ticket.

How it works once you are in.

You keep it

The courses do not expire and they do not lock after a month. Go back to the drying lesson the night before your first commercial job, three years from now, at eleven o'clock. It will be there.

It trains your people too

Whether you have one employee or a hundred, they go through the same training you did. You are not standing over somebody's shoulder repeating yourself, and everyone in your shop learns it the same way.

The current answer

We work with the major blind manufacturers. They send us new textiles, we work out how to clean them, and we report back. What you are learning is the current answer.

And you can still call

The training does not replace the phone. If a customer hands you something you have never seen, call us. Thirty-seven years means we have almost certainly cleaned it before. That is why the number is on every page.
