The customer never takes the blinds down. You come to them.

Ninety percent of people cannot take down their own blinds, and every one of them becomes a customer the moment you come to them. You pull into the lot, clean on site, and rehang before the office closes, which is the difference between selling houses and selling buildings.

We designed the first on-site trailer this industry ever used, because going to the customer turned out to be the whole business.

Why the trailer closes deals a brochure never will.

Most property managers have never seen ultrasonic cleaning, and the fastest way to explain it is to show it. You park, you clean two blinds out of their lobby, and you hand them back. That is the entire sales call.

They watch it happen

The blind goes in looking the way it has looked for nine years and comes out looking like it was installed last week. The result makes the sale. We have watched buyers sign on the spot because of two blinds and twenty minutes.

Their blinds never leave the building

On site, their blinds are down for about an hour and back up the same day. That convenience is what they are really buying.

You sell the result

Ultrasonic cleaning takes the dirt out of every slat, cord and ladder, and the blinds stay clean for a year. You are the one who makes them look new.

The trailer is the storefront

It is signage that drives itself to your customers and parks where they can see it. Once it is paid for, it keeps working for you every day.

Four ways to end up with one in your driveway.

They are not four quality levels. They are four answers to the question of how much of the build you want to hand to us and how much you want to do yourself. Call and we will tell you honestly which one your situation calls for.

Fully built, keys in hand

The trailer arrives finished. Machine mounted, drying set up, water and power handled, wrapped and lettered. You hook it up and go to work the same week.

For buyers who want to start selling, not building.

Built to your spec

Same finished trailer, sized and laid out around the work you already know you have. Longer tank for commercial verticals, more drying capacity, storage where you actually want it.

For operators who already know the accounts they're going after.

Equipment package, your trailer

You source the trailer, we supply everything that goes in it and tell you exactly where it mounts and why. We have laid out enough of these to know where every piece belongs.

For anyone with a trailer or a good deal on one.

Build it yourself

If you are handy, this is the lowest-cost way in and a smart one. You get the machine, the drying system, the plans and the phone number. Plenty of people running full operations today started right here.

For the hands-on buyer with more time than budget.

This is what you are actually buying.

Every inch is planned. The machine, the drying, the water and the power are laid out so one person can work a full day in there comfortably. We have built enough of these to know where everything belongs.

Our trailers are built by hand in New York.

We built the first onebecause we needed it.

This company started in a shed. Then a fourteen-hundred square foot storefront, because that is what you were supposed to do. And we spent years watching customers carry their blinds in the front door, taken down and bundled up as best they could.

They loved the cleaning. What they really wanted was for us to come to them.

So we put the machine on wheels and went to them. We were the first in this industry to do it.
