President and founder
Marc started DirtyBlinds.com in 1989, after the customers of his window washing and blind installation company kept asking the same question: who cleans these? He has been training the industry since 1992, launched the first online training program for it in 2010, and still works with the major blind manufacturers every time they release a new textile.
He built the company around one idea: owning a machine is the easy part, and knowing how to run the business is what we teach.
At DirtyBlinds.com we look at all of our clients as family. That long-lasting relationship is what sets us apart.
Chief Financial Officer
Scott grew up in this business, starting at nine years old, and worked his way from mopping floors and cleaning blinds to running daily operations and the financial side of the company. He holds an MBA in International Business from Rollins College, and a master's in Engineering Management and a bachelor's in Computer Science from Syracuse University.
Equipment and product development
Tommy leads research and development on the equipment. He launched the All-In-One Cleaner in 2013, and he keeps refining the full line. Because we clean blinds for a living too, every new idea gets field tested in real work before it reaches your machine.
Local operator and certified trainer
Wayne has been part of DirtyBlinds.com since 2006 and runs the Western New York operation himself. He is a certified trainer who still cleans blinds for paying customers every week, so the answers he gives you come from this year's work.
Hands-on trainer
Bobby worked his way up to become our hands-on trainer. As a certified cleaner, he trains DirtyBlinds.com owners to clean, dry and repair blinds, and to build a safe, efficient workspace for their business.
